While performing actions, experience lightness in your body and also in the stage of your mind.  The result of your actions should not pull your mind.  To the extent that the work increases, your lightness should also increase just as much.  Actions should not pull you towards itself, but the One who is the Master is inspiring you to perform actions and the one who is an instrument is carrying out that action.  Increase this practice and you will easily become perfect and karmateet.

               

To be karmateet means to be beyond the slightest effect of any type of bondage of any action.Continue to increase this experience. No action should affect you in any way and even the result of that action should not affect you.
